BBmao: First Chinese Clustering Search Engine

BBmao Search EngineBBmao is a newly launched clustering search engine, as far as I know, it is the first Chinese clustering search engine. Have no idea whether the clustering engine is developed by themselves.

BBmao will search result from five most used Chinese search engines, i.e. Google, Yahoo, Baidu, Sogou by Sohu and iAsk by Sina, and use its clustering algorithm to group the results from all those search engines. It helps users to see similar results grouped together for faster selection and get a quick overview of the query.

Besides web search, BBmao also provide clustering job search, the results are from three major online recruitment sites, zhaopin.com, Chinahr and 51job. But for job search, I think it still have to improve much to compete those vertical job search engines, such as Jobui.

You can preview search result in iframes or bookmark them in BBmao. In fact, BBmao also provide a social bookmarking service, users can bookmark any webpage from search results, or add them to BBmao when browsing. However, I don’t think its bookmarking servich without tagging will help its search result optimization.

    Thanks for reviewing Bbmao. :) Until we roll out tagging, our clustering engine does a good job providing navigation over bookmarks.

    Sorry,I’m not good at English.so Chinese is the noly choice.
    BBMAO现在还需面对几个问题：
    1。诉讼风险：
    2。赢利模式不清晰
    3。如何突出重围，在国内众多大腕手中抢的一席之地
    4。如何建立用户使用习惯，因为本身产品不是具有革命性的突破，仅仅是增加了搜索功能的体验而已
