Sina, the largest portal in China, is testing a new web chatting tool. The new tool is called Woocall, which allows readers on the same web pages in Sina to chat together. (via loverty)
As you can find in this page, there is a small floating window in the right corner for you to chat with those who are reading the same page to share ideas. The tools does not require any download or install any plugin of browsers.
