Search Engines…Upgrading

Sogou from Sohu, is upgrading…iAsk from Sina, is upgrading…Sou from China.com, is upgrading too.

Yesterday three search engines of Chinese internet portal sites simultaneously suspend their service and said “service is upgrading” in the homepage. Till now, more than 24 hours later, the services are still unavailable.

It is rumored that the suspension of service for several days were required by relevant government authorities for some unknown reasons. However, other Chinese search engines, like Baidu and Zhongsou, were not affected so far.

Update: All of them have been available.
