365kit: China’s Answer to Plaxo

365kit is an affiliate site of Donews, most popular information site and BSP focused on IT industry in China. It is an online personal assistant application to help users to update information of their contacts in real time and automatically.

As Plaxo, 365kit provide an outlook plug-in to help your sync your contacts’ address book, or you can directly sync information from Foxmail, a popular email client in China, or from wireless handsets. Users can also access their contacts lists and information anywhere by using 365kit online. When any of your contacts modify their information, your address book will be updated automatically.

In a blog post by Han Lei, consultant of 365kit, he said email and SMS auto send, party and events organization and other functions will be added to 365kit to help people “keep in touch” and maintain their weak link. Open API will also be available to let partner site to use 365kit’s function. As a China’s answer to Plaxo, 365kit still has a long way to go, but it has a good start.
