Mojiti Rolled out Flash Spot and More Features

Mojiti, the website which allows you to add captions and subtitles to any videos in online video sharing sites, has added many interesting and useful features since we first profiled it in last November.

The most recent addition to its feature lists is Flash spot, users can choose from a selection of 8 new Flash Spots to add to your videos such as a beating heart and a shining star. So you can have more choices to tell your story on a video in text captions and with funny icons. Users are also enabled to change the text size, color and background color of annotations. Mojiti now also support Subrip (.srt) files and Subviewer (.sub) files, which allows users to import *.srt or *.sub files into a spot set, then subtitles will be added into the video automatically. This enables users to creat bulk subtitles.

Though I’m not fully convinced by business model of Mojiti, I still like Mojiti and appreciate its continuous improvement since its launch. There are already hundreds of online video sharing sites in China and in world, we don’t need another Youtube wannabe, but more innovations around online video.
