Event: Web 2.0 in China: What’s Next?
When talking about web 2.0 applications or services in China, most of us will think about C2C (Copy to China) phenomenon. In our recent reader survey, about 25% respondents think there are only Internet copycats in China. Are there any web innovations in China? Where are they? I will make a presentation to try to answer these questions in an international seminar organized by Orange Lab Beijing on November 5th - 7th.
It is never easy to talk about China’s innovations. So if you have any insight or ideas, or any local innovative cases in China’s Internet industry to share with us, just leave comments or send an email to us at cwreditor@gmail.com.
The seminar, Web 2.0 in China: What’s Next, will discuss the impact of the Internet on social and economic life in a new urban ecosystem. It will be an open and dynamic platform for scholars, entrepreneurs and bloggers to discuss about future opportunities. I am looking forward to meet you there. The seminar is free of charge. To attend, please register by sending an e-mail to Mrs. Tang Yi. (ytang.ext AT orange-ftgroup DOT com)
(BTW, remember to take our reader survey, it will be closed soon.)
