SubscribeBaidu Postbar 3D Photo Gallery
Baidu just rolled out some experiment 3D Flash photo gallery in Postbar. The above image is from World of Warcraft bar. And here’s another version for Li Yuchun bar, who is the champion of Super Female Singer Contest 2005.
These photos are head images of active users of the particular postbar. The ball will be rolling according to your mouse. Clicking one head image, you will be shown detailed information of this user with link to his Baidu profile. There’s a search box on the upper right conner, where you can search with username. Beside that is a button to toggle between 3D and 2D view mode.
This new product will be deployed to all Baidu Postbar soon. Here’s the clue from the developer’s blog. Another post on the same blog suggests some prototype of the technology.
