mInfo, a Shanghai-based mobiel search service provider, announced to acquire another Shanghai-based mobile search service Guanxi SMS from Mailman Ltd.
Guanxi was established in early 2002, offers local directory services via SMS using English and Chinese in 20 major cities via SMS, its target users are mainly expatriates in China.
